About the Role

Zulekha Yenepoya Institute of Oncology is looking for a driven, community-oriented Marketing Executive to help expand cancer awareness and accessible oncology care across regional communities. In this role, you will bridge on-ground grassroots initiatives with contemporary digital engagement to build impactful outreach programs and drive institutional visibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Field Marketing & Regional Travel: Conduct regional travel to drive outreach, build relationships with local stakeholders, and execute field-level marketing programs.
- Events & Awareness Drives: Plan, coordinate, and execute community health camps, awareness sessions, and institutional events.
- Community & Referral Outreach: Engage with regional organizations, healthcare providers, and local leaders to build sustainable referral networks and community partnerships.
- Digital Presence & SEO: Maintain and optimize local search visibility via Google My Business (GMB), organic search (SEO), and social media channels.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging visual assets and short-form video content using design tools.




- Campaign Tracking & Reporting: Measure, analyze, and present campaign performance metrics to evaluate outreach effectiveness.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

- Experience: Proven track record in marketing; direct experience within the healthcare or hospital sector is strongly preferred.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel regionally and actively engage with community members on the ground.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Kannada is required. Working knowledge of Malayalam, Tulu, or Konkani is an added advantage.
- Content Skills: Practical familiarity with creative editing tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Demonstrated hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media management).
- A portfolio of creative work (short videos, graphics, or published campaigns).
