- Lead architectural planning, design development, and project execution from concept to completion.
- Prepare and review architectural concepts, master plans, site plans, and detailed design proposals.
- Apply urban planning principles in architectural and large-scale development projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Review architectural drawings, working drawings, specifications, BOQs, and design documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable development regulations, building bye-laws, zoning requirements, and statutory norms.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure design intent and quality are maintained.
- Guide junior architects and design team members and review their work.




- Coordinate multidisciplinary requirements including structural, MEP, landscape, and infrastructure services.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, design discussions, and project reviews.
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, deliverables, and design priorities effectively.
- Develop sustainable, functional, and context-responsive architectural and urban design solutions.
- Support preparation of reports, presentations, feasibility studies, and urban planning proposals.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
