Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 ERP Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions while driving AI-led transformation using Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, Azure AI, Power Platform, and Intelligent Automation .

The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM;) architecture, integrations, extensibility, security, and modernization, along with a strong understanding of Microsoft's AI ecosystem and the native AI capabilities available within Dynamics 365 ERP.

This role will be responsible for defining enterprise architecture, driving innovation, enabling AI-powered business processes, and helping clients maximize value from Dynamics 365 ERP and Microsoft Business Applications.

- Lead end-to-end architecture and technical design of Dynamics 365 ERP solutions.
- Define scalable, secure, and high-performance solution architectures.
- Architect Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Asset Management, and Project Operations solutions.
- Establish solution standards, reusable assets, and best practices.
- Conduct architecture reviews and design governance.

AI, Copilot & Intelligent Agents

- Design and implement AI-enabled business processes leveraging:

- Identify ERP process optimization opportunities using Generative AI.
