About the Role

We are looking for qualified and compassionate Speech Therapists to join our healthcare/rehabilitation team in Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam.

The selected candidates will be responsible for assessing patients, identifying speech and communication-related difficulties, developing appropriate therapy plans, conducting individual therapy sessions, monitoring progress, and maintaining proper clinical documentation.

Both freshers and experienced candidates with the required qualification are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

A. Patient Assessment & Therapy Planning

- Conduct speech, language, communication, and related assessments based on individual patient needs.
- Identify functional, developmental, communication, and therapy requirements.
- Develop appropriate therapy goals and individualized intervention plans.
- Review and modify therapy plans based on patient progress.
- Maintain appropriate assessment and clinical records.

B. Speech & Therapy Services

- Provide appropriate speech and language therapy based on individual patient requirements.
- Conduct individual therapy sessions.
- Support patients in improving speech, language, communication, and related functional abilities.
- Implement suitable therapeutic activities and exercises.
- Provide therapy interventions according to the patient's condition and treatment plan.

C. Patient Care & Documentation





- Maintain accurate patient records and therapy documentation.
- Regularly monitor and document patient progress.
- Communicate treatment progress and relevant observations to patients and caregivers.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards of care.
- Follow the centre's clinical and operational procedures.

D. Team Coordination

- Coordinate with other healthcare, therapy, and rehabilitation professionals.
- Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary meetings when required.
- Contribute to the overall rehabilitation plan of patients.
- Maintain professional communication with the clinical team and management.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech & Language Pathology / Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong clinical and rehabilitation knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess and support patients with speech, language, communication, and related difficulties.
- Compassionate and patient-centred approach to therapy.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Professional, responsible, and ethical approach towards patient care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to relocate/work in Vijayawada or Visakhapatnam.
- Salary expectations should be aligned with the offered package.
