Outbound Telecaller / Tele-Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and generate leads.
- Explain products/services and handle customer queries.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain customer and call records.
Required Skills:
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and sales.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Languages:Telugu – Preferred, English required. Hindi/Kannada is an added advantage.
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
