About the Role: KLM Axiva Finvest Ltd. is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee branch operations, ensure process compliance, and drive operational efficiency across the AP & TS region. Key Responsibilities: Manage regional branch operations and performance. Ensure process and regulatory compliance. Monitor collections, portfolio quality, and operational activities. Coordinate with branches and Head Office. Lead and support branch teams.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
