Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can develop engaging visual content for digital marketing, social media, branding, product promotions, and other company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative graphics for social media posts, advertisements, banners, brochures, catalogs, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Create and edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, product videos, and corporate videos.
- Develop creative content aligned with the company’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Edit raw video footage, including cutting, transitions, effects, subtitles, background music, voiceovers, and color correction.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Management teams to understand creative requirements.
- Design product-related creatives, promotional campaigns, offers, and launch materials.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, branding, and visual communication.
- Resize and optimize creatives/videos according to different social media platform requirements.
- Manage multiple creative projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, video formats,



and creative concepts.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Canva and other creative/design tools.
- Good understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color combinations, and layouts.
- Strong video editing and storytelling skills.
- Ability to create Reels/Shorts and engaging social media videos.
- Good creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.

Qualification

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in graphic designing and video editing will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong portfolios and relevant skills may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate

- Creative and innovative mindset.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video editing work.
- Good understanding of branding and digital marketing.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work within deadlines.
- Candidates with experience in manufacturing, HVAC, electrical, appliances, or B2B industries will be an added advantage.

Salary

Salary: As per experience and skills / No bar for the right candidate.
