Job Description

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant to connect with clients, understand their property requirements, and coordinate with the appropriate team.

The role mainly involves calling clients, understanding their requirements, collecting the necessary details, and forwarding the client profile to the respective Residential or Commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make calls to clients and understand their property requirements.
- Collect details such as location, budget, property type, size, and other preferences.
- Identify whether the requirement is related to residential or commercial property.
- Share complete and accurate client requirements with the respective team.




- Coordinate with the Residential and Commercial teams for further assistance.
- Maintain proper records of client conversations and requirements.
- Follow up with clients when required.
- Ensure timely communication between clients and the internal team.
- Support the team in converting enquiries into potential opportunities.
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach while communicating with clients.

Requirements

- Any Degree.
- 0.6 – 3 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, customer support, real estate, or a related field.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making client calls and handling enquiries.
- Basic knowledge of Bengaluru locations is an advantage.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
