Job Vacancy:
Manager – Finance

Work Week:
Monday to Friday

Shift Window:
2.00 PM – 11.00 PM IST (Remote)

Other Features:
US calendar applicable

Responsibilities:

Company-Level Financial Oversight & Dashboards

- Build CEO-style structured summaries for quick decision visibility.
- Monitor company cashflow, client billing cycles, and major inflows/outflows, including USD receipts and operating costs across delivery locations (Sri Lanka, Philippines, India, USA).
- Consolidate financial and operational performance data across ~90+ client accounts, service lines, and delivery teams into a single group view.
- Maintain client-level P&L; visibility (revenue, operating profit, net profit by client) and keep overhead allocation methodology consistent and defensible.
- Identify exceptions (client AR > 60 days, negative-OP clients, margin pressure on specific accounts, revenue concentration risk, client churn risk, etc.).

Weekly Reporting & Performance Tracking

- Produce weekly performance summary highlighting:

- Revenue vs budget (company + service line + key clients)
- Gross margin and profit vs budget
- Cash position and collections from clients
- Priority issues requiring decisions
- Major cash movements
- New client wins, renewals, and pipeline movements

Monthly Management Presentation Preparation

- Own the monthly management presentation from management accounts, prepared to a board-ready standard and consumable in 15 minutes.

Client & Service-Line Deep-Dive Analysis

For each RCM service line and major client account:

- Analyse KPIs such as revenue per account, operating and net profit margin, team utilisation and productivity, claims volumes, net collection rate, first-pass resolution rate, denial rates, and days in AR.
- Provide insights into risks, opportunities, and next steps.
- Work with operations leaders and managers to align weekly priorities.

Financial Planning and Reporting Structure

- Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario modelling (client wins/losses, pricing changes, staffing plans, currency movements, automation impact).
- Review margin trends and cost structures across delivery teams and support functions, including headcount and CTC analysis by country to avoid salary-mix distortions in client cost allocations.
- Maintain and improve the overhead and SG&A; allocation methodology so client-level net profitability is accurate and actionable; identify rationalisation opportunities (e.g., IT vendor consolidation, one-time vs recurring overhead).
- Build models to assess the impact of pricing, utilisation, staffing changes, and offshore/onshore mix on account and company profitability.
- Track forecast accuracy and implement improvements.
- Standardise reporting cycles, KPIs, and escalation processes across service lines.
- Assist in building dashboards in Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
- Automate weekly and monthly reporting wherever possible, working alongside our analytics and AI/automation teams.

Growth, Pricing & Strategic Initiatives Support

- Support commercial analysis for recent client proposals,

including pricing, staffing, and margin modelling.
- Track onboarding and implementation progress and risk indicators for newly signed clients.
- Build ROI and business-case models for AI, machine learning, and workflow automation investments, and track realised savings and productivity gains.
- Monitor strategic initiatives and support financial analysis of potential partnerships or acquisitions.
- Build simple growth-tracking dashboards and milestone reports.

Qualifications/Criteria:

Required

- Professional qualifications preferred: CIMA / ACCA / CA (or part-qualified).
- 3–6 years of experience in FP&A;, consulting, financial analysis, corporate finance, or strategic operations.
- Experience in RCM, healthcare services, BPO/KPO, IT-enabled services, SaaS, or advisory firms (advantage).
- Familiarity with US healthcare revenue cycle metrics and terminology (e.g., days in AR, net collection rate, denials) is a strong advantage; willingness to learn quickly is essential.
- Excellent Excel / Google Sheets financial modelling skills.
- Strong PowerPoint and data-storytelling skills — able to turn management accounts into concise, chart led, insight-annotated board presentations.
- Exposure to Power BI or similar data tools (preferred).

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is proactive and anticipates business needs before they arise.
- Demonstrates a solutions-oriented mindset when facing challenges.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
- Communicates insights clearly with strong presentation skills, including to US-based stakeholders.
- Can challenge assumptions diplomatically and constructively.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and builds relationships across all levels — from delivery teams to the CEO.
- Handles sensitive financial and healthcare-related data with discretion and integrity.
- Shows leadership potential and ambition for long-term growth.

What We Offer

- A high-impact, strategic role with direct exposure to senior leadership.
- Opportunity to build and own performance frameworks across a growing, technology-driven RCM business.
- Fast-track career development with a pathway into business leadership roles.
- A challenging, analytical, and entrepreneurial environment at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and finance.
