US HR EXECUTIVE – IMMEDIATE HIRING

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Experience: 2–3 Years ONLY
Shift: Night Shift – Candidates comfortable with US timings ONLY

- Only candidates with 2–3 years of relevant HR experience should apply.
- US Staffing / US HR experience is mandatory.
- Candidates must be willing to work night shifts.
- Canada HR/Staffing experience is highly preferred.
- Candidates comfortable with working from Madhapur, Hyderabad only should apply.
- Good English communication is required.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle HR operations for US employees.
- Manage onboarding, employee documentation and HR records.
- Handle employee queries, attendance and leave management.




- Support payroll and HR reporting.
- Coordinate with US teams and employees during night shifts.
- Maintain HR documentation and employee records.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in US Staffing / US HR.
- Canada HR/Staffing exposure will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
- Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.
