Role Overview

This position is intended for a highly capable infrastructure professional who can effectively manage end-to-end IT operations while ensuring business continuity, security, and service excellence within a large commercial mall environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet connectivity, and firewalls.
- Administer on-premises servers, virtualization platforms, Active Directory, backup systems, and disaster recovery processes.
- Manage cloud infrastructure
- Oversee the operation and coordinating with vendors for maintenance of LED walls, digital signage systems, and related support contracts.
- Ensure Incident resolution, accurate IT asset tracking, lifecycle management, inventory control, and compliance with software licensing requirements.
- Manage AMC renewals,



vendor relationships, service delivery, and SLA compliance for IT infrastructure and digital signage systems.
- Support IT procurement, and infrastructure enhancement projects.
- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 8-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network administration, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in both on-premises and cloud environments.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
