Job Responsibilities & Requirements

- Engineer shall be mentally prepared and willing to work in an offshore environment and follow offshore work culture and safety requirements.
- Shall have 3–4 years of relevant experience in electrical installation, execution, testing & commissioning, preferably in Oil & Gas / Offshore / Industrial projects.
- Shall be capable of coordinating effectively with the Client, TPI, CA and other project stakeholders.
- Shall be capable of preparing Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and maintaining regular coordination with the JPC Base Office.
- Shall be capable of preparing and monitoring weekly and monthly project execution planning.
- Shall have good knowledge and practical experience in electrical cable laying as per approved drawings, specifications and applicable standards.
- Shall have good knowledge of cable tray installation, cable routing, supports and alignment.
- Shall be able to read and understand Electrical Drawings, SLDs, Cable Schedules and Wiring Diagrams and guide the execution team accordingly.
- Shall be capable of managing, supervising and controlling manpower at site for smooth execution of electrical works.
- Shall have practical knowledge of Electrical Testing, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities.
- Shall have good knowledge of control wiring of power and motor feeders, including termination, continuity checking and troubleshooting.




- Shall have knowledge and experience in LDP Panel modification as per the approved scope of work.
- Shall be capable of supervising cable glanding, termination, dressing, tagging and cable identification.
- Shall coordinate with Client/TPI/CA for inspection, testing, clearance and approval of electrical works.
- Shall ensure that all electrical activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, applicable standards and HSE requirements.
- Shall be capable of identifying site issues and coordinating with the concerned team for timely resolution and smooth project execution.
- Shall maintain proper records of daily activities, manpower deployment, material requirements, inspection and testing reports.
- Shall ensure strict compliance with offshore safety procedures and company HSE requirements during all electrical activities.
- Should have valuable communication, leadership and team-handling skills.
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of relevant electrical execution experience is required. Offshore / Oil & Gas experience will be preferred.
- Working Hours: 12 Hours Duty at Offshore Location, as per project/site requirement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
