Alisha Tours and Travels is hiring a TELE MARKETING EXECUTIVE.

Ettumanoor, Kottayam | Full-time, in office | 1+ year experience

You will be the first voice companies and customers hear from us, across air ticketing, holidays and visa services.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

→ Call companies and fix appointments for our sales team

→ Make marketing calls to introduce our ticketing, holiday and visa services

→ Make feedback calls to clients after their trip and record what they say

→ Follow up on leads and pass interested customers to the right desk

→ Keep daily call records and the contact list up to date

WHO YOU ARE

→ 1+ year of experience in telemarketing, telecalling or telesales

→ A clear, confident and pleasant voice on the phone

→ Fluent in Malayalam and English (Hindi is a plus)





→ Comfortable speaking to HR, admin and business owners

→ Patient with a "no" and persistent enough to get a "yes"

→ Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, email)
