Key Responsibilities

1. Facilitate Experiential & Hands-on Learning

Lead high-energy, implementation-focused Data Analytics sessions using real-world datasets, business cases, and practical scenarios.

Convert complex analytical, statistical, and technical concepts into straightforward, intuitive, hands-on activities and challenges

Conduct online and offline training, including evening batches and flexible delivery schedules.

Create practical coding exercises, assignments, assessments, dashboards, and project-based learning activities.

2. Coach, Mentor & Build Job-Ready Talent

Conduct 1-on-1 code reviews, portfolio evaluations, and skill-gap analysis sessions.





Guide learners in building industry-ready Data Analytics portfolios using Power BI/Tableau dashboards, SQL projects, Python analysis, and Excel-based solutions.

Conduct mock technical interviews and provide actionable feedback on technical, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Mentor learners on GitHub, project documentation, presentation, and interview preparation.

3. Continuous Curriculum & AI Innovation

Continuously update learning tracks, datasets, projects, and practical activities based on real-time industry requirements.

Regularly connect with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand changing industry expectations.

Integrate modern AI productivity and analytics tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, AI SQL tools, and AI-assisted data analysis into the learning workflow.

Continuously upskill and introduce relevant emerging technologies into the classroom.

4. Ecosystem & Industry Engagement

Represent Cokonet at college campuses through workshops, bootcamps, hackathons, seminars, webinars, and guest sessions.

Support internship-oriented activities and industry-focused projects.

Collaborate with Academics, Operations, and Placement teams to ensure learner progress and job-readiness outcomes.

- Basic AI/ML & Data Science concepts – understanding of regression, classification, clustering, and how ML can be applied to analytics problems

Academic & Experience Requirement

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- 1–2 years of teaching/training experience preferred.
- Experience in a relevant technical domain along with teaching/training experience preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of the Data Analytics ecosystem and ability to demonstrate concepts through real-world projects.
- Strong communication, presentation, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for teaching, continuous learning, and technology.
- Relevant Data Analytics / BI / Python / SQL certifications are an added advantage.
