Position Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber Lead Solutions Architect to direct the end-to-end design, technical presentation, and hands-on delivery of enterprise solutions built across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure.

This is a hands-on, client-facing technical leadership role. You will act as the principal trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, translating complex business processes into modular, scalable architectures. You must be equally comfortable presenting technical trade-offs, architecture blueprints, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to client leadership as you are rolling up your sleeves to write production-grade code, configure Dataverse environments, write complex Power Automate flows, and deploy custom Azure services.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer-Driven Architecture & Solution Design

- Lead technical discovery, scope definition, and business requirements analysis directly with U.S. enterprise and public-sector clients.
- Translate ambiguous, complex business processes into actionable, high-performing technical designs leveraging Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure.
- Author comprehensive architecture deliverables: Solution Architecture Documents (SADs), entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs), integration specifications, and security/compliance models.
- Evaluate build-vs-buy trade-offs, licensing implications, data governance, and tenant-level performance constraints during early-stage solution design.

2. Technical Presentation & Stakeholder Advisory

- Present technical roadmaps, solution options, and architecture approaches clearly to C-suite, IT security teams,



and non-technical business leaders.
- Build rapid Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and interactive prototypes to validate design assumptions and demonstrate business value during client alignment phases.
- Champion security, compliance, and governance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST, HIPAA, zero-trust) to secure technical sign-off from enterprise security boards.

3. Hands-On Engineering & Core Delivery

- Build, configure, and customize enterprise Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, and Power Pages), complex Power Automate cloud/desktop flows, and Dataverse solutions.
- Write production-grade code for custom integrations, plugins, and web components using C#/.NET, React, TypeScript/JavaScript, SPFx, REST APIs, Azure Functions, and API Management (APIM).
- Own the solution build from zero to production deployment, ensuring proper tenant topology, environment strategies, and data migration execution.

4. Technical Leadership & DevOps Governance

- Establish, enforce, and optimize Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions across multi-environment deployments.
- Lead and mentor distributed engineering teams through rigorous code reviews, technical architecture reviews, and quality-assurance gates.
- Resolve escalated production blockers, performance bottlenecks, and architectural issues across enterprise hybrid-cloud environments.

Required Qualifications

- 15+ years of total experience in enterprise application design, software engineering, and systems integration.
- 5+ years serving in a Lead Architect, Solutions Architect, or Principal Technical Architect role within a consulting or professional services workplace.
- Hands-on Mastery of the Microsoft Platform:
- Power Platform: Advanced Dataverse data modeling, security roles, Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Pages, complex Power Automate flows, and custom connector development.
- Microsoft 365 & Modern Workplace: SharePoint Online architecture, SPFx custom web part development, Microsoft Teams extensibility, and Microsoft Graph API.
- Azure Cloud:



Azure Functions, App Services, Logic Apps, Azure SQL/Data Factory, Event Grid, APIM, Key Vault, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Deep Pro-Dev Skills: Demonstrated hands-on coding proficiency in C#/.NET, TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and React.
- Requirement-to-Design Track Record: Proven history of taking raw, complex customer business challenges, designing the end-to-end architecture, and steering it through executive approval to live deployment.
- Client Engagement & Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills in English; comfortable leading whiteboard sessions, executive briefings, and technical defenses with U.S. clients.
- DevOps & ALM: Deep practical expertise establishing multi-stage ALM frameworks with Azure DevOps/GitHub (solution packaging, branch policies, automated deployment gates).

Preferred Qualifications

- Proven track record delivering secure solutions for highly regulated commercial enterprises (Finance, Healthcare).
- Hands-on implementation experience with Generative AI on Microsoft stacks: Azure OpenAI integrations, Copilot Studio, and custom Copilots.
- Working knowledge of enterprise PPM tools: Microsoft Project Online, Project for the Web, Planner, or OnePlan.
- Active Microsoft Certifications:
- PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect
- AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions
- PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer
- MS-600: Building Applications and Solutions with Microsoft 365 Core Services
