About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer with strong knowledge of IT, software, technology and digital products to create clear, accurate and technically sound content.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable researching and writing about complex technical topics and converting them into easy-to-understand, engaging and SEO-friendly content for both technical and non-technical audiences.

This is not a generic content writing role. Strong understanding of IT and technology concepts is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and write high-quality content on IT, software, technology and digital solutions.
- Create technical blogs, how-to guides, tutorials, product documentation, explainers and thought-leadership content.
- Write about topics such as:
- Software & SaaS
- Artificial Intelligence & Generative AI
- Machine Learning
- Cloud Computing
- Cybersecurity
- Data Science & Analytics
- Web & Mobile Development
- APIs and Integrations
- DevOps
- Databases
- Programming & Development
- Enterprise Technology
- Emerging Technologies
- Understand technical concepts, conduct independent research and explain them accurately.
- Convert complex technical information into clear, structured and reader-friendly content.
- Work with technical teams, developers, SMEs and editors to ensure content accuracy.
- Create content based on user intent, industry trends and technical requirements.
- Produce SEO-optimized technical content without compromising technical accuracy or readability.
- Conduct competitor and SERP research before developing content.
- Follow content briefs, editorial guidelines, tone of voice and SEO requirements.




- Fact-check technical information and verify data from reliable sources.
- Update existing technical content based on new technologies, product updates and industry developments.
- Use AI tools responsibly for research, ideation and content workflows while ensuring the final content is human-reviewed, factually accurate and technically sound.

Required Technical Knowledge

Candidates should have a good working knowledge of IT and technology concepts.

You should be comfortable understanding and writing about topics such as:

You do not need to be a full-time developer, but you must be able to understand technical documentation and explain technical concepts correctly.

Required Skills

- Excellent written English and robust editing skills.
- Strong understanding of IT and technology.
- Ability to research technical topics independently.
- Ability to understand technical documentation, product specifications and developer resources.
- Strong fact-checking and research skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts without losing accuracy.




- Understanding of SEO and search intent.
- Experience writing long-form technical and B2B content.
- Ability to work with SMEs and incorporate technical feedback.
- Strong attention to detail.

AI & Modern Content Skills

Knowledge of AI-assisted content workflows will be an advantage.

Candidates should understand how AI tools can be used for:

- Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a writer who can understand technology, not just write about it.

You should be able to take a complex IT topic, research it properly, understand how it works, and explain it in a way that is technically accurate, useful and easy to understand.

Strong IT/Technology knowledge is mandatory. Candidates with only generic content-writing experience may not be suitable for this role.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
