JOB DESCRIPTION

- Document all interactions, updates, and pipeline progress accurately.
- Act as the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of corporate clients, handling inquiries and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Identify and onboard current corporate clients, insurance companies, and corporate partners for institutional healthcare tie-ups.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with HR heads, corporate wellness managers, and insurance desk officers.
- Coordinate and market corporate wellness camps, preventive health check-up plans, and on-site medical drives.
- Guide corporate patients smoothly through admission, cashless/credit insurance processing, treatment, and discharge.
- Resolve billing, service, or admission queries raised by corporate partners or patients promptly.
- Meet defined targets for corporate patient footfall, institutional revenue generation, and corporate health-package renewals.

Skills





- Strong understanding of hospital operations and TPA/insurance processing.
- Professional networking and relationship-building proficiency.
- Problem-solving skills under high-pressure scenarios.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Hospital Administration (BHA), Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

2 to 5 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or relationship management, preferably within the healthcare or insurance sector.
