Job Summary

We are looking for experienced FACETS Developers with robust expertise in US Healthcare Payer and TriZetto FACETS to support enterprise-scale transformation, enhancement, modernization, and production support initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in one or more FACETS functional areas, along with strong SQL, .NET, FACETS development, customization, batch processing, and integration skills.

Key Responsibilities

FACETS Development

- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain solutions within the TriZetto FACETS platform.
- Develop and support custom FACETS extensions, integrations, and interface solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and application solutions.
- Work across one or more FACETS functional areas:
- Provider
- Network Management & Pricing
- Group
- Membership
- Billing & Class/Plan Configuration
- Claims & Encounters

Technical Development

- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Perform data validation and analysis.
- Develop, troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize FACETS batch jobs.
- Support FACETS backend data models, configuration, extensions, and customizations.
- Develop and maintain solutions using .NET/C#.

Production Support

- Perform root cause analysis for complex FACETS production issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.
- Support production incidents, enhancements, and application maintenance.

Testing & Deployment

- Participate in system integration testing and UAT support.




- Support release management and deployment activities.
- Assist with FACETS implementations, upgrades, regulatory mandates, and modernization programs.

Agile Collaboration

- Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners, QA teams, SMEs, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Contribute effectively to cross-functional Agile teams.

Qualifications & Experience

- 7+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on TriZetto FACETS development experience.
- Experience working in Healthcare Payer environments.
- Proven experience supporting FACETS implementation and enhancement projects.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
