We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Online Sales & Telecalling Executive to handle incoming leads, communicate with potential customers, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into sales.

The candidate will be responsible for managing leads generated through online platforms, advertisements, social media, websites, WhatsApp, and other digital sources, ensuring that every lead receives a timely response and proper follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to all incoming online sales leads.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Handle telecalling, WhatsApp enquiries, and online customer communications.
- Explain products/services, pricing, offers, and other relevant information to customers.
- Follow up regularly with interested and pending leads.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales.
- Ensure no genuine lead is left unattended.
- Coordinate with the operations/dispatch team to ensure smooth order processing.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Provide regular sales and lead-status reports to the management.

Candidate Requirements

- Valuable communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Previous experience in telecalling, online sales,



inside sales, customer support, or lead conversion will be an advantage.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up with customers.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email, CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, and online communication tools.
- Should be confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly.
- Must be target-oriented and willing to work based on performance.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Performance & Incentives

The compensation structure will include:

Fixed Base Salary + Performance-Based Incentive

Incentives will be linked to measurable performance such as:

- Number of leads handled
- Lead response time
- Follow-up completion
- Number/value of orders converted
- Monthly sales achievement
- Overall sales performance

Higher performance = Higher earning potential.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is proactive, responsible, persuasive, and sales-focused, with the ability to independently manage leads from the first enquiry until the customer places an order.

The most important requirement is the ability to respond to leads quickly, follow up consistently, and convert enquiries into sales.

Pay: ₹9,100.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
