Job Title: Tele caller

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective customers.

2. Make regular follow-up calls to leads and maintain proper follow-up records.

3. Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about projects, flats, pricing, location, and offers.

4. Schedule and confirm site visits based on customer interest and availability.

5. Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding scheduled site visits and customer requirements.

6. Follow up with customers after site visits and update the lead status.

7. Maintain accurate daily call records, follow-up details, and site visit reports.

8. Update lead information and ensure no potential lead is missed.

9. Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly call and site visit targets.

Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.

11. Prepare and submit Daily Telecalling Reports to the reporting manager.

13. Maintain professional communication with customers and build good customer relationships.

Required Skills

1. Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Basic knowledge of Tamil and English.

3. Good follow-up and convincing skills.

4. Customer-friendly and positive attitude.

5. Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM will be an advantage.

6. Experience in Real Estate / Construction Tele calling will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
