Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory, stock movement, and warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor stock receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock documentation.
- Coordinate stock movement between the warehouse and outlets.
- Ensure proper stock arrangement and warehouse organization.
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.
- Monitor stock accuracy and minimize inventory loss or damage.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Accounts, and other departments.
- Conduct regular stock checks and support stock audits.
- Ensure proper usage of ERP/inventory management systems.
- Prepare and submit required warehouse and inventory reports.





Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management.
- Degree in any discipline.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Good understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Solid leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of ERP/Inventory Management Software.
- Experience in the garment/apparel or retail industry will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Location: Edappal, Kerala

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
