Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented IT Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and sell our IT and digital growth services. The candidate will communicate with potential clients, understand their business requirements, recommend suitable solutions, conduct regular follow-ups, and work towards closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
- Contact business owners and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and identify business challenges.
- Pitch relevant IT and digital marketing solutions.




- Schedule online/offline client meetings.
- Prepare and explain proposals and quotations.
- Handle objections related to pricing, competition and services.
- Follow up with prospective clients regularly.
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with development and marketing teams after closing a client.
- Build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Skills Required

Good communication skills in Hindi and English, confidence in cold calling, negotiation and convincing skills, basic understanding of websites and digital marketing, strong follow-up ability, and a target-oriented attitude.

Experience: Fresher with strong communication skills can apply. Candidates with 6 months–3 years of IT/Digital Marketing sales experience will be preferred.

Education: Graduate preferred, but skills and sales ability are more key.

Pay: ₹10,800.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
