Job Responsibilities

- Managing and building relationships with existing customers
- Regular customer follow-ups through calls & WhatsApp
- Increasing platform usage and repeat transactions
- Identifying inactive/low-usage customers and improving engagement
- Promoting current services, offers & platform features
- Handling basic customer queries and coordinating for resolution
- Driving secondary sales and achieving monthly targets

Eligibility

- Marketing Mandatory
- 0–1years of experience in B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, IT Sales, Tele Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers or Experienced with excellent communication skills can apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client interactions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
