About the Internship

NyxGen IT Solutions is looking for energetic, confident, and motivated Cold Calling / Lead Generation Interns to join our growing team.

This paid internship is designed for candidates who want to gain real-world sales experience, develop professional communication skills, and work with international clients. You will receive practical training and hands-on exposure to the lead-generation and sales process for IT and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Make approximately 120–150 outbound calls per day to potential USA and Canada clients.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Understand prospect requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Introduce NyxGen IT Solutions and its services.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM.
- Follow calling scripts while keeping conversations skilled and natural.
- Follow up with prospects as required.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly performance targets.




- Participate in training and sales-development activities.

Requirements

- Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confidence in communicating with international clients.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working the 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM shift.
- Basic knowledge of sales or digital marketing is a plus.
- Prior sales experience is not mandatory.

Internship Compensation
