We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Video Creator & Social Media Executive who can handle both AI-based video creation and social media management.

The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, have good creative skills, and be comfortable using AI tools to create engaging videos, reels, promotional content, and other digital assets.

Key Responsibilities AI Video Creation

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and social media content using AI tools.
- Use AI video generation, image generation, voice-over, script generation, and editing tools.
- Create short-form videos based on company requirements, campaigns, products, and services.
- Write or refine video scripts, captions, hooks, and creative concepts using AI and personal creativity.
- Edit and improve AI-generated videos to make them professional, engaging, and brand-friendly.
- Stay updated with the latest AI video generation tools, trends, and techniques.

Social Media Management

- Manage the company's social media platforms, primarily Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Plan and maintain a regular social media content calendar.
- Create and publish posts, reels, stories, carousels, and other social media content.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, hashtags, and post descriptions.
- Research current social media trends and create relevant content.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience interactions.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, views, and growth.
- Suggest new content ideas and strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement.

Creative & Marketing Responsibilities

- Understand the company's brand identity and maintain consistency across all content.
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and management teams.
- Develop creative campaigns for products, services,



events, and company announcements.
- Research competitors and identify content opportunities.
- Experiment with new content formats, AI tools, and social media trends.

Required Skills

- Basic to good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Experience with AI video/content creation tools.
- Knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of reels, short-form videos, hooks, trends, and social media algorithms.
- Good communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to write basic scripts, captions, and social media content.
- Ability to use AI tools effectively for content creation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Good to Have

- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Runway, Kling, Veo, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content strategy.
- Experience managing a company or brand's social media account.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
- Portfolio of AI-generated videos, reels, or social media content.

Key Requirement

We are looking for someone who can handle BOTH AI video creation and social media management.

The candidate should not only know how to use AI tools but should also have creative thinking, content sense, social media understanding, and the ability to create engaging content independently.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
