Key Responsibilities

- Experience into project manager, business analyst, agile, scrum, BFSI.
- Lead end-to-end program and project delivery, managing all phases from initiation, planning, execution, and governance through to successful closure.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans, including milestones, workstreams, resource requirements, dependencies, and critical path activities.
- Coordinate delivery across business, technology, operations, and program teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and successful outcomes.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across all levels, fostering engagement,



alignment, and effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Key skills required

- Project Management experience especially in Business Transformation

- Minimum 5 years managing the full project lifecycle

- Knowledge about Data Protection Act (Not Mandatory but valuable to have)

- Strong stakeholder, customer, change, risk management experience and drive timely execution

- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills

- Proactive attitude, willing to learn, and fast learner

- Experience preparing executive-level status reports and steering committee presentations

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.

- Flexible and collaborative approach with the ability to work across business and technology teams

- Ready for Client visit for work-shops and meetings
