We are looking Account Executive for Goregaon east location.

Position - Account Executive

Experience - 2 to 4 yrs

Salary - 18k to 22k

Job Description:

- Record incoming orders (from clients/buyers)

- Track outgoing orders/dispatches

- Maintain order status (pending, in-process, dispatched, delivered)

- Excel/Data Entry

- Update order register, stock movement, client order history

- Maintain MIS/tracking sheets for follow-ups

*Billing (Tally)*

- Generate sales invoices/bills in Tally

- Maintain basic accounting entries related to sales

- Possibly handle GST-related invoice details

- Sample Coordination

- Prepare and dispatch fabric samples to prospective clients

- Maintain a sample register (what was sent, to whom, when, follow-up status)

- Office Administration - Handle courier/dispatch coordination

- Manage stationery, office supplies, vendor coordination

- General clerical/admin support (calls, filing, correspondence)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
