Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage recruitment activities and help attract and hire the right talent for SkyOcean Shipping. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment records.
- Follow up with selected candidates and coordinate offer and joining formalities.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Track recruitment progress and prepare regular hiring reports.
- Support employer branding and other HR activities when required.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.
- Positive knowledge of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recruitment processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn, MS Office/Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
