We’re looking for a General Manager to lead resort operations at The Arks Baagh Villas — someone who can run a tight ship while keeping the warmth that makes guests come back.
What you’ll own:
Full resort operations — front office, housekeeping, F&B;, maintenance, and guest services. Team building and mentorship. Revenue, occupancy, and P&L; accountability. Vendor and stakeholder relationships. Setting the tone for a guest experience that feels personal, not transactional.
What we’re looking for:
5–8 years in resort/hotel management, with leadership experience. Strong on both the numbers and the ground reality. Excellent people skills. A genuine fit for immersive, nature-focused hospitality rather than a city hotel setup.
Location: Jim Corbett, Uttarakhand
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
Advantages:
- Food provided
Work Location: In person
