About the Role

SpiderWorks Technologies is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create visually engaging designs for social media, websites, digital marketing campaigns, branding, and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, blogs, and digital campaigns.
- Design social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Create creative designs for digital advertisements and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and maintain brand identity and visual consistency across different platforms.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual assets.
- Work closely with the SEO, Content, Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Web Development teams.
- Understand project requirements and develop suitable creative concepts.
- Prepare final design files in appropriate formats for web and print.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver work within deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats,



and industry best practices.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good knowledge of Canva.
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to understand design requirements and develop creative concepts.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.
- Experience creating designs for digital marketing and social media campaigns.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of platforms such as Behance or Dribbble is a plus.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates with professional experience in marketing agency and a robust portfolio may also be considered.
