Job Title: Couple Coordinator

Job Description:

- Coordinate and maintain regular communication with IVF couples throughout their treatment journey.

- Explain treatment schedules, appointments, investigations, procedures, and follow-up requirements.

- Coordinate between patients, doctors, nurses, embryology, and other hospital departments.

- Follow up with couples regarding appointments, investigations, treatment plans, and pending procedures.

- Ensure patients receive timely updates and proper guidance at every stage of treatment.

- Maintain accurate patient records and update treatment status regularly.

- Handle patient queries and concerns professionally and escalate medical issues to the concerned doctor or team.

- Follow up with patients for treatment continuation and improve patient conversion and retention.

- Provide counselling support regarding treatment processes and ensure a smooth patient experience.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow hospital policies and procedures.
