We are looking for a Website Developer, SEO & Google Ads Specialist who can independently manage website development, search engine optimization, and Google Ads campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in website development, SEO, Google Search Ads, keyword research, website optimization, and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development

- Develop, maintain, and update business websites.
- Work with WordPress and other website development platforms.
- Create responsive, mobile-friendly and user-friendly websites.
- Fix website errors, technical issues and performance problems.
- Optimize website speed, structure and overall user experience.

SEO

- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Implement On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings and URLs.
- Handle technical SEO and basic website audits.
- Improve organic rankings, traffic and visibility.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

Google Ads

- Create and manage Google Search Ads campaigns.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Set up conversion tracking and monitor campaign performance.
- Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions and ROI.
- Monitor budgets, CPC,



CTR, conversions and other campaign metrics.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Website Development
- Robust understanding of SEO
- Practical experience with Google Ads
- Knowledge of WordPress
- HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript knowledge is an advantage
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Good understanding of keyword research and SEO tools
- Ability to analyze campaign and website performance
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently

Preferred Candidate

- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Candidates with experience in a Digital Marketing Agency will be preferred.
- Must have practical knowledge of Website Development, SEO and Google Ads.
- Candidates from Thrissur or nearby locations are preferred.
