Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from patients and couples regarding IVF, fertility consultations, diagnostic tests, appointments, and clinic services.
- Communicate with patients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other approved communication channels.
- Understand patient requirements and provide accurate information within the scope of the role.
- Schedule and coordinate consultations, investigations, procedures, and follow-up appointments.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, embryologists, counsellors, billing, and front-office teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Follow up with prospective patients after enquiries and consultations.
- Maintain regular communication with patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Explain clinic processes, appointment requirements, documentation, and payment procedures clearly.
- Handle patient concerns and complaints with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Escalate medical questions, clinical concerns, or sensitive issues to the appropriate doctor or clinical team.




- Maintain accurate patient interaction records and follow-up details in the CRM/HIS system.
- Ensure patient information and medical details are handled with strict confidentiality.
- Provide reminders for appointments, investigations, follow-ups, and other scheduled activities.
- Coordinate with patients regarding reports and ensure they are directed to the appropriate medical team when required.
- Support patient counselling and financial/package discussions by coordinating with the relevant counsellor or authorized team member.
- Maintain daily follow-up reports and meet defined patient-care and conversion targets.
- Collect patient feedback and communicate recurring concerns to the management team.
- Ensure a skilled and welcoming experience for every patient and attendant.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
