Job Purpose
Implement and enhance the Early Warning System (EWS) framework across various products. Ensure workflow efficiency, compliance, and data quality in credit monitoring processes.
Key Responsibilities
Credit Monitoring Process
Identify and enhance credit processes and systems for improved monitoring and risk control; Assess adherence to credit processes and highlight deviations to management; Analyze root causes of credit delinquencies and recommend process improvements.
Early Warning System
Enhance early warning tools to detect potential credit risks and frauds; Create workflows for warning signals, ensuring timely closure of actionables; Highlight deviations in achieving early warning actionables to management.
Portfolio Risk Review
Conduct periodic or event-based portfolio reviews to identify risks and trends; Perform stress tests on portfolios with Credit and Policy teams to suggest corrective actions.
Periodic reports on portfolio
Publish management reports on portfolio quality, delinquency, and trends; Prepare monthly and quarterly reviews on wholesale portfolio performance and regulatory updates.
Digitization
Collaborate with IT and vendors to adopt technology for credit monitoring and reporting; Enhance automation to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
Education:
Chartered Accountant or MBA from a reputed institute.
