Job Purpose

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Manning Intern to join our Manning team. The candidate will get an chance to learn and support various activities related to seafarer recruitment, crew planning, crew documentation, vessel operations, and crew coordination.

This role is ideal for a fresher who is interested in building a career in the Shipping/Maritime industry and is willing to learn the end-to-end Manning process.

Key Responsibilities

- - Assist the Manning team in seafarer recruitment and crew planning.
- Support the team in maintaining and updating crew records and databases.
- Assist with crew joining and sign-off documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, shipping agencies, and port agents for crew-related activities.




- Assist in arranging flight tickets, accommodation, transportation, visas, and other travel requirements for crew.
- Support the team in tracking medical cases, training requirements, and other crew-related documentation.
- Assist in maintaining crew statistics, crew qualifications, salary details, and other records.
- Support the team in updating Sign-On and Sign-Off details on relevant platforms.
- Assist with preparation and maintenance of crew manning plans and related reports.
- Support recruitment activities, including candidate coordination, document collection, and follow-ups.
- Assist with crew performance reviews, training, promotions, and other administrative activities.
- Prepare and maintain Excel reports and MIS as required.
- Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely crew operations.
- Perform other administrative and operational activities as assigned by the Manning Manager.
