Job Summary

We are looking for a NOC / DevOps Engineer to manage and monitor our IT infrastructure, networking, physical servers, deployments, and day-to-day DevOps operations. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and practical knowledge of networking, server monitoring, deployment, and DevOps tools and practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor physical servers, network devices, systems, and infrastructure on a regular basis.
- Monitor server health, CPU, RAM, disk usage, storage, temperature, and overall system performance.
- Perform server deployment, application deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
- Monitor network connectivity, bandwidth, latency, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall, DNS, DHCP, routing, and connectivity issues.
- Handle server and infrastructure-related alerts and incidents.
- Perform regular system checks, maintenance, backups, and basic recovery procedures.
- Support production deployments and ensure services are running properly after deployment.
- Work with development teams to manage application deployments and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
- Maintain and monitor Linux/Windows servers and related services.
- Have working knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and automation.
- Assist in configuring and maintaining deployment pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Maintain proper documentation of servers, network infrastructure, configurations, and incidents.
- Ensure system availability, reliability, security, and performance.




- Respond to infrastructure incidents and troubleshoot issues within the required time.
- Coordinate with IT, Development, and other teams for infrastructure and deployment requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Networking fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows Servers.
- Knowledge of physical server monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of server deployment and application deployment.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, routing, and firewalls.
- Knowledge of Git and version control.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and deployment pipelines.
- Working knowledge of Docker and containerization.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.
- Basic knowledge of scripting/automation such as Bash or Python.
- Understanding of server security, backups, access management, and system availability.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with NOC operations or DevOps infrastructure.
- Experience managing production servers.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Nginx/Apache.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of cloud networking and infrastructure.
- Ability to handle infrastructure incidents independently.

Candidate Profile

- Ability to monitor systems and respond to alerts in a timely manner.
- Strong learning attitude and ability to work with multiple technologies.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Qualification: B.Tech/BCA/MCA/Any relevant IT or technical qualification

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
