HR EXECUTIVE / HR CONSULTANT

Job Overview

Accent Techno Soft (ATS) is looking for an experienced and proactive HR skilled with strong exposure to HR consultancy, recruitment, and corporate relations. The candidate will support recruitment activities, develop corporate connections, and create placement opportunities for candidates.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage recruitment and end-to-end HR activities.

· Handle candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.

· Develop and maintain relationships with companies and HR professionals.

· Generate placement opportunities through corporate contacts and networking.

· Coordinate with software, IT, and other corporate companies for recruitment requirements.

· Support HR consultancy and client recruitment requirements.

· Build and maintain a database of companies, recruiters, and placement contacts.

· Coordinate candidate profiles and interview processes with hiring companies.

· Follow up with companies regarding vacancies, interviews, and placement opportunities.





· Support ATS in expanding its corporate and placement network.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.

· Prior experience in HR consultancy is preferred.

· Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition.

· Existing contacts/network with IT and software companies will be an advantage.

· Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to develop and maintain corporate relationships.

· Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

· Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates who have previously worked in HR consultancies, recruitment agencies, placement firms, or corporate HR roles and have an established network with IT/software companies and recruiters are highly preferred.
