A Logistics Supervisor / Logistics Transporter / Logistics Officer at UKV Enterprises LLP (a supply chain and full-service distribution partner for brands like P&G;, in Madhya Pradesh) oversees daily transportation, warehousing, and dispatch operations

Key Responsibilities1. Transportation & Fleet Management

- Direct and plan daily transportation activities, including dispatching, routing, and tracking vehicles and shipments.
- Ensure 100% van and vehicle availability while monitoring and controlling overall delivery costs.
- Coordinate directly with warehouse staff and transport vendors to guarantee timely dispatches and deliveries.

2. Warehousing & Inventory Control

- Maintain high inventory accuracy (targeting over 99% stock accuracy) and track/control product damages.
- Oversee accurate and timely van loading and warehouse quality standards (over 85%).
- Monitor physical movement of materials from receipt to stocking and distribution.

3. Cost Control & Vendor Relations

- Monitor transportation budgets, analyze freight expenses,



and identify strategies to reduce supply chain costs.
- Negotiate and collaborate with transport vendors and suppliers regarding pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
- Handle customer or delivery-related escalations and complaints.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Typically requires relevant background in logistics, warehousing, or transportation (some roles request extensive experience or a post-graduate/degree qualification in logistics and supply chain management)
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse/supply chain software or tracking tools (such as Leap, Stack Box, or basic WMS/MIS reporting).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
