We’re looking for an experienced embroidery digitiser who understands how to make designs sew well on real fabric.

You’ll work on customer logos, badges, lettering and artwork for caps, polos, uniforms and jackets. Your production judgement matters: choosing the right stitches, handling small lettering, adjusting for fabric and fixing problems in the finished design.

What you’ll do

- Digitise customer artwork and make corrections based on production needs and feedback.
- Draw embroidery-ready vectors in Illustrator or CorelDRAW, with shapes and details suited to stitching.
- Use those vectors for autodigitising in Hatch/Wilcom, then inspect and edit the resulting stitches.
- Make decisions about stitch direction, sequencing, underlay, density and pull compensation.
- Work directly with the founder to improve our digitising process and software.

Creating embroidery-ready vectors is a core part of this role. We’re building a workflow where better artwork preparation reduces the editing needed after autodigitising.

What we’re looking for

- At least 4 years of hands-on embroidery digitising experience.
- Proficiency in Wilcom, Hatch or Tajima Pulse.




- Vector-drawing skills in Illustrator or CorelDRAW.
- Experience with commercial logos, lettering, caps, badges or patches.
- The ability to explain your digitising decisions and show examples of your work.

Experience at an embroidery digitising service handling customer orders is especially relevant.
