Job Summary

We are hiring an L2/SRE Engineer – Endpoint & Malware Security to support endpoint security operations, malware investigations, incident management, and endpoint troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows environments, endpoint security, antivirus/EDR technologies, malware alerts, endpoint investigation, remediation, and security log analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor, analyze, and investigate endpoint security and malware alerts.
- Perform endpoint investigations and identify potential security threats.
- Execute endpoint quarantine and remediation activities.
- Troubleshoot endpoint security agents and resolve agent-related issues.
- Analyze security logs and investigate suspicious endpoint activity.
- Support security incident management and incident response processes.
- Work with Windows endpoints and Active Directory environments.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and other technical teams.




- Document investigation findings, remediation steps, and incident resolutions.
- Follow defined security processes, escalation procedures, and operational practices.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in endpoint security, security operations, SRE, or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments.
- Experience with Endpoint Security, Antivirus, and EDR solutions.
- Hands-on experience investigating malware alerts.
- Knowledge of endpoint investigation, quarantine, and remediation.
- Experience troubleshooting endpoint security agents.
- Understanding of Active Directory fundamentals.
- Knowledge of security incident management.
- Experience with security log analysis.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
