Job Description

Planning Engineer with 3-6 years of experience in EPC/construction projects to support project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination. The candidate should have hands-on experience in planning E&M projects and be capable of working effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project execution.Key Responsibilities:Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (MSP).Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, construction, and project teams to prepare and maintain integrated project schedules.Understand E&M project deliverables, construction sequences, and inter-disciplinary interfaces.Track project progress, identify schedule deviations,



and support recovery planning.Prepare progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and schedule analyses for project management.Support resource planning and monitor key project milestones.Participate in project review meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve planning-related issues.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering.3-6 years of planning experience in EPC or construction projects, preferably in Electro-Mechanical (E&M) works.Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (MSP).Good understanding of engineering deliverables, procurement, construction activities, and project execution sequences.Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.Solid communication and coordination skills.Self-motivated, willing to learn new tools and processes, and able to apply them effectively in project execution.
