We are a premier healthcare consultancy based in Bengaluru, currently seeking a results-oriented Associate Consultant to join our Hospital Planning & Management Division for a landmark project in Varanasi.

As a key member of our commissioning team, you will bridge the gap between architectural design and operational excellence, ensuring the delivery of a world-class, patient-centered facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clinicians.
- Optimize workflows, staffing, budgeting, and technology integration.
- Overseeing pre-opening activities such as equipment planning and installation, systems testing, policy development, staff recruitment and training, and trial runs.
- Ensure all clinical and support services are functional, safe, and compliant before launch.
- Post-commissioning monitor performance, resolve gaps, and support continuous quality improvement to achieve productive, patient-centered, and sustainable hospital operations.
- Support in Preparing NABH accreditation

Qualification: Post Graduate in Hospital Management / Administration

Experience: 2 - 4 years in Hospital Operation, Commssioning

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
