Sr. Executive – Purchase (MRO & Plant Spares)

Location: Kandla, Gujarat

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sr. Executive – Purchase with hands-on experience in plant-level MRO procurement, managing the complete procurement cycle from PR to PO and delivery follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Procure Stores & Spares / MRO items against PRs raised by user departments.
- Handle Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Maintenance spares.
- Procure consumables, bearings, motors, pumps, valves, gearboxes, electrical items, hardware, tools, safety items, etc.
- Float RFQs, obtain competitive quotations and prepare technical & commercial comparisons.
- Identify, develop and negotiate with vendors.
- Negotiate prices and finalize commercial terms.
- Prepare/release POs and follow up for timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Stores,



Maintenance, Production & Accounts.
- Follow up on pending PRs/POs and urgent/breakdown requirements.
- Basic knowledge of GST, freight, payment terms and commercial conditions.
- Maintain procurement documentation and MIS.
- SAP MM / Purchase Module experience preferred.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience in manufacturing / plant-level procurement is preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in MRO / Plant Spares procurement.
- Positive vendor management, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Candidates who have managed procurement from PR → RFQ → Comparison → PO → Delivery will be preferred.
