Job Summary

Celebration Flix is looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain our private theatre and celebration packages, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads and potential customers.
- Handle inbound enquiries regarding private theatre bookings, packages, events, and celebrations.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable packages.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Convert enquiries into bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and bookings.
- Coordinate with the operations/event team regarding confirmed bookings.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely information.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the booking process.

Requirements





- Minimum 6 months–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, hospitality, events, or a similar role.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi and basic English communication required.
- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly personality.
- Ability to handle sales targets and follow-ups.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain lead records.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in hospitality, private theatres, event companies, restaurants, hotels, or customer-facing businesses will be preferred.
