Job Description

SS Hyundai is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Technician to join our service team at Pathanamthitta. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of automobile servicing, vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair, preferably with experience in a Hyundai dealership or a reputed automobile service centre.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform vehicle servicing, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
- Handle complex technical repairs and ensure quality workmanship.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and follow prescribed service procedures.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle faults.
- Support and guide junior technicians in technical matters.
- Ensure timely completion of repair jobs while maintaining service quality.




- Follow workshop safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and the workshop team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Relevant experience as an Automobile Technician in a dealership or multi-brand service centre.
- Solid knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Hyundai vehicle servicing will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of modern vehicle diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to handle repair jobs independently and assist junior technicians.
