Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our solar energy team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, explaining solar solutions, and converting prospects into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through field visits and local market activities.

Identify and approach potential residential and commercial customers.

Explain solar products, benefits, pricing, and solutions to customers.

Conduct customer meetings and site visits.

Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain regular reporting of field activities and sales performance.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

Requirements





Fresher to 2 years of experience in Sales / Field Sales / Solar Sales preferred.

Intermediate or Any Graduate can apply.

Valuable communication and convincing skills.

Energetic, confident, and comfortable with field work.

Must have a valid two-wheeler/bike and driving license.

Willingness to travel within Lucknow.

Candidates with a positive attitude and strong sales ability are preferred.
