Position Overview

We are looking for a PR Executive – Client Outreach & Communications who will be responsible for managing PR, media outreach, brand collaborations, and communication activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be confident with outreach, and have the ability to understand different client brands and identify relevant PR and visibility opportunities for them.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage PR and outreach activities for multiple client accounts.
- Understand clients’ brands, industries, target audiences, and communication goals.
- Research and identify relevant media publications, journalists, influencers, bloggers, communities, and collaboration opportunities.
- Conduct PR outreach through email, LinkedIn, social media, and other relevant channels.
- Identify opportunities for client brand features, interviews, articles, collaborations, and media coverage.
- Prepare customized PR pitches and outreach messages based on each client.
- Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and potential collaboration partners.
- Follow up regularly with media and outreach contacts.
- Coordinate with the internal content,



social media, design, and marketing teams for client PR requirements.
- Support the planning and execution of client PR campaigns and brand visibility activities.
- Maintain records of outreach, responses, opportunities, and PR coverage.
- Research current platforms, publications, and networking opportunities relevant to different clients.
- Share regular updates and reports on PR activities and outcomes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in PR, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in PR, communications, media outreach, brand outreach, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with LinkedIn, email outreach, and social media platforms.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience working with a digital marketing, advertising, branding, or creative agency will be an advantage.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is proactive, confident, well-spoken, and comfortable with outreach. The candidate should be able to independently research opportunities, initiate conversations, follow up consistently, and build relationships that can create meaningful PR and visibility opportunities for our clients.

Experience in client-facing PR or agency environments will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
