 Install, configure, and maintain network and security equipment and

services.

 Perform troubleshooting analysis of LAN/WAN/firewall/VPN issues.

 Document network problems and resolution for future reference.

 Proactively monitors and ensures network availability, performance and

network security.

 Log, track and take ownership of network/connectivity issues and

resolve issues to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

 Design support for new projects

 Specs creating for RFP`s

 Independently engage with customers to setup network connectivity.

 This role requires one to be comfortable interfacing with customers,

service providers and vendor support engineers.

 Co-ordinate with vendor TAC to identify the root cause issue.

 Maintain network device connectivity inside data centre & bank

side.

Key Skills

 A thorough understanding of the OSI network model, Ethernet, NAT, IP

addressing and TCP/IP Network.

 A practical level of experience implementing and administrating

TCP/IP-based network.

 Advanced knowledge in security devices –IPS, IDS & UTM.

 At least 3 Year experience in Data Center Setting.

 Expert in protocols –BGP is a must, OSPF, HSRP, VRRP.

 Hands on experience in any one of the Juniper, Cisco,



Checkpoint,

Fortinet Firewalls, ACI-SDN & Radware Devices.

 Experience on STP, VLAN, SVI, LACP

 Experience on SDWAN – Fortigate & Aruba

 Experience in handling GRE, P-VPN, P-NAT, P-Routing, and Clustering in

FW

 Knowledge in protocols TCP,UDP & IPV6

 Knowledge in IOS upgrade

 Knowledge/Experience in Radius, TACACS & TACAS+

 Knowledge in NMS, SYSLOG & SNMP communication.

 Basic Knowledge in FTP server communication/Connection.

 4 to 5 years hands on experience with

Juniper/Cisco/Melanox/Dell/Arista Switches, Cisco Routers, Cables,

Racks, Cisco ASA/Juniper/Checkpoint/Fortigate Firewalls,

 Working knowledge of common network monitoring tools and network

analyzers.

 Troubleshooting focuses on determining network vs Application/System

issues and patterned vs. non-repeating problems.

 Ability to prioritize and multitask.

 Willingness to learn new technologies and maintain industry knowledge

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Ability and willingness to work in shifts including on weekends and

holidays.
