1. Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and any other active platforms we run.
2. Send out email campaigns and WhatsApp broadcasts on time.
3. Keep the content calendar updated and flag anything that's delayed or missing well before it becomes a problem.
4. You'll be the main person managing our CRM day-to-day, keeping contact lists clean, audiences segmented correctly, and all campaign data logged properly.
5. Set up email and WhatsApp flows within the CRM, making sure the right people are getting the right messages at the right time.
6. Keep an eye on delivery rates and open rates; if something looks off, let the team know early.
7. You'll be the main point of contact when we're working with influencers, sending briefs, chasing timelines, and making sure we actually receive what was agreed.
8. Track when influencer content is due, when it's been approved, and when it goes live.
9. Maintain a simple tracker with influencer details, what we did together, and how it performed.
10. Put together weekly and monthly reports covering social media, email, WhatsApp, and any paid campaigns we're running.
11. Pull the numbers from platform dashboards (Meta, Mailchimp, etc.) and the CRM, and turn them into something the team and leadership can actually read and act on.
12. Track how campaigns are doing against targets and make a note of what worked and what didn't.
13. Keep things moving between the content strategist, the designer, and any external vendors or freelancers we work with.
14. Keep shared drives, asset folders, and task boards organised so the team isn't hunting for things.
15.



Handle admin-level coordination, tool subscriptions, vendor emails, and archiving old assets.

Other requirements

A. What We're Looking For:

1. Experience: 0-1 years in a marketing, social media, or digital coordination role. Freshers with solid internship experience are welcome to apply.

2. Social media tools: You've used at least one scheduling tool before, example - Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or something similar.

3. CRM: You've worked with a CRM platform, example - Zoho, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or equivalent. You don't need to be an expert, but you shouldn't be starting from zero.

4. WhatsApp campaigns: Some familiarity with WhatsApp Business or broadcast tools is a plus.

5. Spreadsheets: Being comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel trackers, calendars, and basic reporting is part of the job.

6. Organised: You should be able to manage multiple deadlines at once without losing track of things.

7. Transparent communicator: You write well enough to coordinate with influencers, vendors, and teammates without things getting lost in translation.

8. Reliable: You follow through on things without needing to be chased. If you say it'll be done, it gets done.

B. Good to Have:

1. Experience working with a hospitality, travel, real estate, or lifestyle brand.

2. Some familiarity with analytics, example - Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or similar.

3. You've coordinated influencer collaborations before, even at a small scale.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
