Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Automation Trainer to deliver practical and industry-oriented training in automation technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge and the ability to explain technical concepts effectively to students and working professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct theory and practical training on Industrial Automation.
- Provide hands-on training in PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD/Drives, and control systems.
- Develop training materials, practical exercises, assignments, and projects.
- Guide trainees in real-time industrial automation projects.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during practical sessions.
- Conduct assessments and evaluate trainee performance.
- Explain automation concepts in a straightforward and effective manner.
- Stay updated with the latest industrial automation technologies and industry trends.
- Support trainees with project development and technical guidance.
- Maintain training quality and ensure effective learning outcomes.

Required Technical Skills

- PLC Programming – Siemens / Allen-Bradley / Mitsubishi / Delta or equivalent
- SCADA
- HMI
- VFD / Drives




- Industrial Sensors & Actuators
- Control Panels & Industrial Control Systems
- Basic knowledge of Industrial Networking and Communication Protocols
- Basic knowledge of DCS/BMS will be an added advantage

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Industrial Automation, training, commissioning, maintenance, or related industry.
- Strong practical knowledge of automation systems.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct hands-on, project-based training.
- Candidates with prior Industrial Automation training experience will be preferred.
